A MESSAGE FROM THE WINSTON-SALEM DASH

⚾️ "Buy Me Some Peanuts Hot Dogs"

The Winston-Salem Dash is bringing the heat this season (literally and figuratively).

5 Upgrades This Season:

  • $1 Hot Dogs: Available every Tuesday

  • The Sweatteas: The team’s professional dance troupe performs at Saturday home games

  • Sunday Fun Days: Arrive early for pre-game player autographs and stay late for post-game catch on the field

  • 10 New Food Items: Including the Carolina Reaper Tenders... finish them all, and your photo goes on the wall of challenge winners

  • Complimentary Parking: Available at Dash off-site lots

Upcoming Can’t-Miss Games:

  • Star Wars Day (May 3): Visit the Droid Depot, join the Batuu Bounty Hunt, and meet special characters or take part in pre-game Jedi training.

  • Murphy Bobblehead Giveaway (May 16): The first 1,000 fans receive a bobblehead of Murphy, the beloved bat dog. Catch Murphy at every Saturday home game!

  • Hype Hens Weekend (May 29-30): Hype Hens. Hyphens. We see it too. This award-winning rebrand with Mad Chad Taylor, The Chainsaw Juggler — because if we're going to get our own punctuation wrong, we might as well have fun with it.

  • Yoga: Build core strength and flexibility

  • Strength + Cardio: Torch calories + build muscle

  • NEW: Strength + Bands Ride: Resistance bands target muscles weighted bars miss — keeping constant tension on stabilizers for better control.
