🍽️ Fine Dining, Reimagined

Dale’s Revision just opened at Salem Bottleworks, the newest venture from John and Lucia Bobby of Bobby Boy Bakeshop!

Dale’s Revision

  • What: A fine-dining, wood-fired restaurant and event space. It’s the Bobbys' 4th concept inside Salem Bottleworks, joining Bobby Boy Bakeshop, Grandpa Joe's Slaberia, and Noodle Ju'B, which all opened in 2025.

  • The Concept: The Bobbys noticed how much waste fine dining creates, so they built Dale's around hyper-local sourcing and scratch-made ingredients pulled from across their other spots, which means the menu will change often.

  • Hours: Wednesday-Saturday, starting at 4:30 PM.

  • Our Take: Team member Christy said the double chocolate cake was absolute perfection.
