A MESSAGE FROM LRB

4 Reasons to Buy This Fall

Fall might just be the smartest and most underrated season to buy a home. Here's why:

  1. Settle in before the holidays: Move now and you'll be unpacked, decorated, and ready to host the family for Thanksgiving.

  2. More negotiating power: Fewer buyers in the market means motivated sellers and more room for you to negotiate.

  3. Winter doesn't lie: Cold weather exposes drafts, bad insulation, and heating issues that summer can hide.

  4. Cheaper move: Off-season means better deals on movers and contractors.
