🏠 What’s Happening at Reynolda House

After 7 months and an $8 million HVAC system replacement, Reynolda House Museum opens this Wednesday, with a brand-new landscaping project already in motion.

  • Next Project: The landscaping project will reshape the home to more closely reflect Katharine Smith Reynolds's original vision.

  • Timeline: The entry garden and west-side beds wrap up this fall, with the work to the north (rear) of Reynolda House finishing Spring 2027. Expect work crews and temporary path closures.

  • Our Take: We know many people love gathering on the lawn and in the entry garden, so we can't wait to see the rear garden become a gathering space as well.

  • Art: While the grounds get a refresh, don't miss Reynolda House’s new art exhibit, “Art & Democracy,” opening August 11.
