  • Buena Vista | Tree-lined streets that feel like they belong in a storybook — this week's listing is full of charm in one of Winston's most picturesque neighborhoods, with classic built-ins, a beautiful patio, and a large, flat backyard.

  • Ardmore | Walkable, charming, and close to everything. This updated cottage checks every box — 4 bedrooms, updated baths, a fenced-in yard, and a rare find for Ardmore: a garage.

🌀 The Wrap

  • 🍔 Guide of the Week: Kid-Friendly Spots to Eat & Drink

  • ❤️️ Team member Christy has only been a mom for 14 months, but she has some advice for the other moms reading this newsletter: “Don’t be afraid to ask for help. If you’re a new mom, give yourself grace; you’re not expected to know how to do everything. Talk to that mom at the playground who looks like she’s alone. Show up to the group playdates. Don’t be afraid to need friends because I bet the other moms you meet need that, too.
