🪡 Cross-Stitch Community

This isn’t your grandmother’s stitch club. The Winston Salem Stitch Club (WSSC) is bringing back cross-stitching!

  • What: WSSC hosts monthly meetups where anyone can bring their work in progress and bond over a shared love of the craft! Anyone can attend, from seasoned pros to needlepoint newbies.

  • Background: Anna Catherine started the club in Fall 2024 after years of cross-stitching as her creative outlet. “I created WSSC to make space for others to experience that same steady, creative practice that has anchored me for nearly a decade.”

  • Get Involved: Follow WSSC on Instagram to find out when and where their next meetup is.

  • Why? “In a world engineered to keep us scrolling, stitching offers something steadier. It’s intentionally slow, grounding, and restorative, creating a rare duality: the chance to let your mind settle while your hands remain productively at work.”
