📸 Long Live Film

Tired of digital overload? You’re not alone. Hobbies like film photography are gaining popularity as people look to escape overly filtered lives.

Team member Jacob dropped by Low Five Analog Archive to get owner Jon’s take on film photography’s comeback.

  • Why the Buzz? “I think a lot of it is more and more people having that desire for a hands-on experience [and] things that make you slow down and be intentional.” - Jon

  • Who: Jon has seen longtime fans and first-timers, like high school and college students, picking up the hobby!

  • Jon’s Advice: Start with a cheap point-and-shoot film camera and don’t be discouraged when you initially don’t get many good photos.

  • Most Popular: Photographers love Kodak Gold 200 film for its warm tones and versatility, and 35 mm cameras are popular thanks to film that’s easy to load and develop.

  • The Shop: You can find all your analog needs at Low Five Analog Archive! Buy cameras and film, get rolls developed, and browse the collection of used books, VHS and cassette tapes, and vinyl.

👍 RideUnited is mixing it up! In addition to their signature indoor cycling classes, they are now offering:

  • Pilates

  • Yoga

  • Cycle + Strength combo classes
