🗺 Indoor Itineraries
We’re in the dog days of summer. Beat the heat and humidity with these indoor day ideas!

Indoor Activities Itinerary
Chill Day: Start at Bookmarks for bookshelf browsing, swing by Design Archives for unique finds, then cap it off with a scoop of flash-frozen ice cream at Chill Nitro.
Analog Adventure: Thrift at Lucky Dog, flip through records at Low Five, and wind down with a glass of wine and light bites at Little Pep.
Move & Groove: Go bouldering at FirstHand Climbing and cool off with drinks at Wise Man before catching a concert at The Ramkat.
Girls Outing: Discover your next score at The Snob Shop and hop over to Vintage Sofa Bar for some catch-up time.
Fine Dining, Fine Arts: Dinner at The Downtown Grille and Theatre Alliance’s latest show make for an easy (air-conditioned) date night.
Culture Crawl: Wander the Arts District's galleries and browse the racks at Fancy Groceries with an iced drink from Chad’s Chai in hand.
💪 Go beyond "toning" and actually strengthen the muscles that support how you move, sit, and feel every day.
Emsculpt Neo: The only non-invasive treatment that builds muscle and burns fat (up to 30%) at the same time. Think abs, glutes, arms, flanks.
Emsella: Strengthens your pelvic floor for better bladder control, stability, and confidence.
Combine both for what's called Core to Floor, because these muscles work better together.
Quick, non-invasive, and you stay fully clothed. Book a consultation at Renewal Med Spa to see if these treatments are right for you.*
