🛌 What do these three primary bedrooms have in common? Each one was made possible through a home addition.

  • Forest: ~1,000 sq. ft. addition to accommodate a new second-floor primary suite with a covered carport below

  • Austin: 948 sq. ft. addition to include a brand-new primary suite, large walk-in closet, and main-floor home office

  • Plymouth: 385 sq. ft. addition to create a primary suite on the main floor for these expecting parents

These homeowners had outgrown their homes, but instead of relocating, they partnered with ICON to expand. The thoughtfully-designed additions gave these families the space they needed, without having to leave the homes and neighborhoods they love.*

💧 Water Main Break

An overnight water main break has triggered a boil water advisory for parts of eastern Forsyth County, including downtown Winston-Salem, Walkertown, and Kernersville.

  • What Happened: A water main carrying treated water from the Thomas Water Treatment Plant broke overnight — the first incident of its kind in county history. Crews have isolated the pipe, but the cause is still under investigation and repairs are ongoing.

  • What You Should Do: If you're in an affected area, boil any water used for drinking, cooking, washing dishes, or brushing teeth for at least one minute. Not sure if you're affected? Check the city’s interactive map.

  • Timeline: No estimated repair time yet. Continue boiling water until the city officially lifts the advisory.

  • Stay Updated: Visit the city's website and social media for the latest.
