Not sure which treatment is right for you? With so many options, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, especially since most concerns have more than one solution. For example:
Sun damage? CO2 laser or chemical peels
Lost volume? Juvéderm® or microneedling
Fine lines? Injectables like BOTOX® and Dysport or SkinPen®, depending on the area
The best way to find your fit is to ask. Start the conversation with the Salem Plastic Surgery and Renewal Med Spa team at their Fall Open House:
Friday, Nov. 6, 1–4 PM at 1345A Westgate Center Drive, Winston-Salem

👻 Spooky Local History
They say old buildings keep their secrets: these local spots may be keeping a little more.

Lake Katharine at Reynolda | Photo credit to Reynolda
Reynolda | The Lady in White: Katharine Reynolds shaped the estate into a working farm, village, and home before her death in 1924. Some visitors have described seeing a mist-wrapped woman near the boathouse. Could it be Katharine, still tending to what she built?
Old Salem | The Little Red Man: Shoemaker Andreas Kremser was fatally injured in 1786 when an excavation caved in at the Single Brothers’ House. Since then, people have reported a small figure in red and the tap of an unseen shoemaker’s hammer. Some say he’s still on the job.
Körner’s Folly | The House That Moves: A paranormal team declared this Victorian house haunted in 2009, and visitors have mentioned mysteriously moving furniture and lights turning on by themselves. The hidden stairways and doors that lead to nowhere hardly help its case.
Brookstown Inn | Sally of Room 401: This boutique hotel began as a cotton mill, where a worker named Sally is said to have died after a fall, though accounts differ on the details. Guests near Room 401 have reported a pale woman in the hallway and footsteps outside their rooms. Maybe ask for a different floor.
