🎉 Meet The Grounds' First Retailers

Dining, a sports bar, and a fitness studio. Meet the first 5 retailers coming to The Grounds.

The Grounds
  • Catch Up: The Grounds is a 100-acre mixed-use development that broke ground in 2024, bringing restaurants, retail, student housing, trails, and condos to one place.

  • The Retailers

    • The Jimmy: Wood-fired pizzas, a chophouse-style menu, and a rooftop overlooking the district — this Mediterranean and Italian restaurant and bar comes from the team behind Rooster's and Copain!

    • The Fieldhouse Tavern: A 2-story sports bar from WS restaurateurs Tom and Brandon Brock (the duo behind Spicy Pickle, Tuscani, and Sage & Salt) with premium AV tech and a rooftop bar built for game-day gatherings.

    • Bagels & Co.: This breakfast and lunch concept, with roots in university communities, features handcrafted bagels, homemade schmears, made-to-order sandwiches, and quality coffee.

    • TREMBLE: The second NC location of a fast-growing, high-intensity reformer Pilates franchise, led regionally by a mother-daughter duo. Their Charlotte location just opened.

    • Allegacy Financial: Beyond everyday banking, this space will also serve as a hub for meetings, events, and community programming.

  • Timeline: These spots open in Fall 2027, with more tenants to be announced in early 2027.

Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate

🏡 This week's must-see homes from Leonard Ryden Burr:

  • West Highlands: A charming 1930s home with an updated kitchen, three bedrooms, and a secluded lot. Cin Cin and Quiet Pint are both an easy stroll away.

  • Stonebrook Crossing: The oversized primary suite and huge walk-in closet alone make this one a winner, plus a versatile loft, composite deck, and an easy walk to Muddy Creek Greenway.

  • Clemmons: Main-level primary suite, finished basement, and a classic front porch, this 3-bed, 2.5-bath is a perfect fit for a young couple starting out.
